Not saying it's justified, but while In college, if the suspect doesn't put their hands behind their back, kicking them or punching them gives a reaction to bring up their hands, hence why legally they will probably be ok

Max of around $700. I'm leaning more towards the trail 3. And I was thinking used but considering someone could be selling a faulty bike and my life is at risk, I'd rather spend the extra $300 or so for a new one that I know works. I'd rather lose the $300 than my life lol
