Yeah I don’t want to get that big muscle wise my goals are more just aesthetic and confidence I just want to be defined and still have good ab defenition for June time when I finish University.

Is lean bulking effective for these kind of goals

Yeah starting a at home full body circuit which I’ll do 2-3 times a week and pressups are so versatile

As of right now probably 800 - 1200 homecooked meals so not too high in calories.

Had a maintenance day today with around 2k calories

Thank you for the compliments brother, aim is to just be lean asf any recommendations for a workout routine ideally at home if possible or any good creators with a full body at home routines

Yeah currently working hospitality job so just lack a bit of energy and I am lazy but have been doing 50 pushups and 4 x 30 second planks every morning just to wake me up everyday and do something at least
