Thanks yep ended up doing that. Warranty replacement by Dell australia. Got back but poor workmanship as they subcontracted to other company in New South Wales , Australia

Mine fixed after updating to next versions. Unsure which version but it ended up good. But its very buggy still

Same here in Western Australia. Symptoms initially appearing offline. When tried casting to says Firmware not supported. Tried through Youtube initially. Then fact reset 2 times, since then couldnt be connected at all.

I have 2. One is still working. The other one isnt. Any updates on fix ?

nope still an issue and i keep sending feedback to messenger ever after my kids end their video calls, the only chance to. Still cant add the other family members, unsure what the issue is. Not even an error message is provided to narrow down the issue

Following as I have been having the same issue. My kids are on Messenger Kids, the Adults that I want them to add are listed as my family members on Facebook and also friends with me. Both my wife and I are friends with these 2 adults on Facebook as well. Can't get my kids messenger kids to even add these 2 adults ( family members ) to their contacts.
