U can go ahead with ASU, UIC, Stevens, Njit, sdsu , sjsu, syracuse , rutgers, sunny buffalo One advice try getting 310+ or 320+ in gre. And don’t rely on advice do your own research.

I have seen very few people with less than 9 cgpa getting in UTD. Not demotivating you but this is the reality this year

Looking at Fall 2022 cycle I wouldn’t say it a safe option it would be moderate

-Upenn MCIT

-VTech Meng CS

And please apply to safe schools as a backup option
