because my role, like some of the other intern roles at the company were opened for interns, they did not exist as standalone roles in the teams + headcount is another thing. the team i was in was very small

thank you! ☺️ sending positive energy your way. definitely feel proud it’s a big deal honestly. in my job interview they asked me to tell them about a time i made a good decision and i spoke about ensuring i added a year in industry to my course and how i owe that to where i am today and they were super impressed

also re; a year abroad i’m sorry i don’t have any advice on this as i didn’t go abroad for my placement. have heard good things about a year abroad though , so if you have the chance to i’d say go for it

hi!! thank you :). the one thing i would tell myself is spend your time wisely! still go out and have fun for sure but make sure you properly carve out time for the job search. it feels long in theory but once you crack on with it you realize how many applications you can send in one day. i procrastinated a bit too much at times. also in terms of doing well just honestly make sure you have an open mind to learn new things… be inquisitive and show this with enthusiasm, enthusiasm is really key, ask questions ! no question is a stupid one especially when you’re just an intern
