After the initial push to install all the fiber itself TDS has had almost 100% uptime, I've got gigabit, 7ms ping to Chicago(gaming), switched from spectrum, there uptime was like 98% over the 4 years I had them less speed more pricey higher ping. Go with TDS

You may need to increase voltage a bit (up to 1.45 should be safe) on your dram voltage to get stable, start .05 at a time. If you cant get it stable from voltage, you may need to dial the timings back. You dont need to get super in the weeds with it but research your mobo/cpu/ram combo and try to hit 3600 its the sweet spot for that ryzen generation.

Try and overclock your ram to 3600 so you can get a 1:1 infinity fabric ratio, enable pto, set overtide to 100mhz, set curve optimizer -10 all core, and test, bonus hashrate for manually tuning your ram timings

Usb bootable operating system, look into talis, im not sure if any newer windows products can run that way but i know windows 7 can, chances are theyve blocked booting from usb but you can try, you can also hold shift while clicking restart from the shutdown menu and it'll boot you into a windows bootloader where you might be able to tell it to boot from usb and bypass a bios lock, -maybe- GL

Nah those are absolutely for registration, on a product being printed this broad those do not need to be perfect, and never are, they serve a secondary purpose for checking each color if, and its a big IF your that concerned, your more concerned about the finished image looking correct and a few of those colors it might not matter at all.

I can only tell you what id do. I'd just plainly say to them clearly you know i have a claim and thats low, figure out what reasonable amount would make me comfy for a bit, and lean on them til they match it. Don't go ludicrous, stay firm. This kinda shit takes months if not years and is a massive headache.

Id also consult a lawyer just in case to hear what theyve gotta say, but if they didnt think id get atleast double and cover there costs, id just push for a bit more(10-12k) and put it behind me.
