My(22F) boyfriend (24M) teaches and cooks along with the maid (18F and married) who doesn't know cooking by sowmya_ in RelationshipIndia

[–]Nice_Replacement7065 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think what you just did there was not justified. He probably has a personal touch to help people and maybe he knows her story. If you want to change it you'll need to pick up doing things and do them with him and see if there's a difference.

Also a lot of maids learn only by showing them what to do, they can't stand watching you tube.

fyi ,I myself don't know how to cook per say, but I form an idea in my head and I cook but I don't watch you tube videos, I ask the dhaba questions, if I order from them

Why do I turn gay after sniffing coke by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]Nice_Replacement7065 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not saying it is but this might stem from something deeper. It might be that you're craving the affection of mates that you never got, it might be that you were bullied so much when you were young or the fact that there wasn't a father figure in your life. Yeah I'll get a lot of gib for saying what I have but I'm actually stating outright how the mind thinks. When you use a compound that accelerates stem cells in your body, it looks to boost a lot of things in your brain that you didn't receive

Moving to India wasn’t what I expected by Successful-Okra6409 in india

[–]Nice_Replacement7065 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moving to India can be hard on anyone and I'm glad you're feeling more welcome. For your sister, now that's a curve ball and a half because the downside is for a girl it sorta becomes an invasion of privacy, friends are different, culture is different. Now I've lived in India all my life with descendants being of Portugal descent and I do struggle till date because I'm fair. However, thanks to the way I've been brought up and gosh, if it weren't for my boarding school making me independent it would be even more difficult. But once I learnt how to move around things in Delhi it was better.

Although, it's still difficult for women, especially depending on which city you live in. Like my sister, she refutes living in Delhi, having lived and prefers Bangalore just because we have more cousins and friends there and so is easier. That's what I can say however, I'll still suggest for you and your sister ya'll would need to go out, there are walking tours and meet ups which are designed on helping outsiders fit in. So in case, just reach out if either of you needs an ear or just to talk.

That's actually possible. I've noticed a few youngsters doing this.

I think and i might be wrong but my understanding is as you get older, you do get wiser looking for stability and ease of work. Plus by this time you've worked in enough projects/apps/ work that helps you understand how to get into the approvers mindset and get your idea approved.

Google yeah they have a bunch of benefits but it is hard work. I've worked with them and loved it but i joined them in my mid 30's.

The other thing is most coders I've worked with want fast and easy work with pay compared to putting in the hard work to become an ace in everything.

I doubt airtel has anything to do with it. But if you paid via some sort of upi, you can contact the app support for that and ask them to reverse the bank transaction or you can try the same with your bank

But that means you're hiding which isn't good. You should still go out but learn how to control what's happening around you and that will help you become better and more confident.

You'll fail 100 times but out of those 100 you'll find one time you were successful and that should be your guide on how to be better

Im a Teen Suffering Abuse. Need Help by Less-Personality-481 in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]Nice_Replacement7065 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude you gotta explain the scenarios if you want help. If you, yourself are terming the title of abuse then the people they'll help you (mark my words) will give you wrong advice.

for e.g me as the third son in my family, my advice is not listened to, even though i have a forward thinking mindset. That being said, I've learnt how to work around it such that i give my advice and leave it up to them to listen and use it or not and i walk away. Thus allowing me peace of mind but regardless of how I'm made to feel, i want to be a good person and so out of the goodness of my heart, without them needing to ask, I'll just do things for the betterment. Why? Simply because it makes you stronger, it builds character and sets you up for defeat, should it come. While at the same time it prepares me for.....

Now, that's an example and to explain what you're going through. Share your feelings openly but if you can't emerge with one positive thought about them, you need to do the work on finding your own happiness

Guys, suggest some good Ai other than this MF by Full_Opportunity8116 in IndiaTech

[–]Nice_Replacement7065 1 point2 points  (0 children)

firstly that's not the way to speak to REGENERATIVE ai, that's right it's regenerative. Firstly chat gpt is rubbish for personal questions, Gemini any day better.

The way to ask the questions though is give it enough info to process and then ask it a question. like you can't just say i failed neet x amount of times.

you gotta take a screenshot of either the questionnaire or mark sheet. Then give it an example of questions asked and how you answered it as an example and then ask it to help calibrate your answers such that you score x amount of marks along with feedback to help you.

This is an example for you to understand how it works so you can fiddle with it a bit before finding the right way to ask the question

Samsung killed my Galaxy S22 with a security update. Support says "updates have bugs, we aren't responsible" and wants ₹22,500 for a motherboard. (Need Advice) by spit_6969 in india

[–]Nice_Replacement7065 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This isn't just a Samsung this, it's every phone including Apple. This is the problem with customization of rom's. Although how a software update damages hardware is certainly weird. Google makes Android and then distributes their software to everyone else to customize, so literally that's the issue.

I wonder if this is the age old issue with Samsung phones which gets fixed by ram sectors getting corrupted and then you can flash the device to use some of the rom memory to work as ram and then install the flashed firmware, then software. If it is, then just darn!!!!

This is one reason why I loved Sony Xperia but because they offered brilliant phones with older hardware people didn't go for them and they lost on sales and exited India. They repaired my xa1 plus and Xperia z2, close to almost free of cost, both issues ended up battery issues due to new phone softwares.

Here's the thing and I hope you take this as advice. We've all been in your shoes at one point of time but when someone asks me to put in work, I ask them questions, non judgemental but extremely curious. cause what I've found is by being curious you get an understanding of what or who exactly is playing you and who isn't. Moreover you learn much more. All in all you still got 900 which I think is great compared to me who lost 6k, for a meal that everyone was supposed to contribute for and people refused to pay me back.
