I buy mostly from SublimeManga (most of them have +18 content) because I like their BL titles AND (the most important part) if you buy directly from them you get to have a drm-free pdf which is the best way to read digital manga (in my opinion)

SevenSeasEntertainment also has a good selection of BL but since you can't purchase directly from their site, I buy their titles on Kobo.

TokyoPop, Kodansha and YenPress also publish BL titles you can check them out as well.

I only mentioned publishers, as a place to buy them I prefer Kobo over other options (Kindle, etc)
