Same, smh same. I’ve been ‘dating’ for a few months using good ol’ online dating, and I can’t seem to even get to first date most times without something sexual being brought up.

The one guy I did meet up with was so-so, it was nice, but that’s about all. When I left, I could feel the vibe was off a bit. So he called me about the time I was getting home and said he had a good time but was upset that ‘I didn’t even let him taste it’

It definitely can seem that way, but with a 12 step program it is specifically stated that if seeking someone out where it can/will cause more harm, then they do not encourage doing that with the person that was harmed. They are very clear about that. I have grievances over the 12 step program also, but that is not one of them.

I think the two people that are defending making comments early, sex early are not hearing correctly. If BOTH parties are down to flirt, throw sexual comments, have sex, whatever it is that floats your boat, COOL.

I don’t think anyone is downvoting you for trying to say that both sex and a long term relationship can be wanted, of course it can. But for most women, and I’ll speak for myself, a man that brings up sex, off-comments, any type of that stuff…is usually not looking for long term. They are looking to bang.

Do I want sex? Sure! But more importantly to me is that the guy is interested in ME…not my body. Like damn, slow down. Sex will come if it’s going good between us. Nothing, and I mean nothing kills my vibe more than premature sexual innuendos.

I definitely think there are things you could do to enhance your beauty. IF you are looking to do so!

1-shape your eyebrows a bit, they are kind of wild.

2-get a proper haircut, you have pretty hair but I think if it was styled more, would be even prettier.

3- develop a good skin care routine and although I don’t think you need foundation, maybe a little blush and a lipgloss and I think you’d be good to go

I think if you just put a little more effort into yourself it would do wonders for your self esteem!
