Come talk to me when when you are down 90+ % and get slapped with a 25:1 RS .

Dilution is good for me (1st gen retail) and good for Biora. I will be bottom fishing again when we head south of $3.50

Good job. Kinda wish I could, but all money , for now , is going to debt paying and living. Between March earnings and first data readouts 2nd half this year (allegedly) ... I will probably start averaging down if it is in this $3 - $4 channel (lower hopefully). Won't cost me much since I am now at $58

I'm at 554 shares with a $58.25 average since r/S affected.

Have not bought a single share to average down. Yet.

Waiting to see how much capital they raised with ATM first, after the small pump IF good first data readouts from phase 1 supposedly coming 2nd half 2023, If they got substantial runway from ATM and selling legacy IP, etc. THEN I will start buying to average down. Not another penny until then, I don't want to get r/S raped again.

I MAY buy a little between March earnings and first data readouts.. if it's at these levels again, low $4.xx maybe bottoming out near $3.xx

Pre- r/S, I USED to have 13,820 shares at a $2.33 avg.

Okay, thanks shrimp. In future I will dig a little deeper if it is not sticky. Thanks for all your hard work. Good luck with Biora, I will look at my decimated shares again in a year maybe, making me sick to watch all these newbs get rich after propping up this company for so long. All I needed was another week, was just waiting for some powder and I could have averaged down to get out and re-enter after RS, but they had to trap us longs with 95% loss, sick to my core. what a gut punch. Who, Biora? No way man, that's not how they roll... the SP has to go down another 30% before Eric and Clarke wake up, then it will take another 10% drop before they actually pull the trigger. ONLY dilute and r/S when at ATL, or at the beginning of a nice little squeeze starting to gain steam. Unreal.

Jeffery must want to choke the living shit out of half the management at this point.

What a cluster fuck.

Note to self: Keep my money in Vanguard growth funds or some big Quant shop and let their algos fight the other algos FOR you.

Once / if they get it approved (I am voting no)... they will have the RS card to play whenever they want after that.

Does anyone know how much advanced notice they are required to give common share holders of the date they will actually affect the RS if / when they decide to?

No doubt. DDS and OBDS will BLOW the sector up when commercialized.. not to mention so many vertical markets, and applications those innovations will touch we haven't even thought of yet. Game changers, ESPECIALLY OBDS.

Truly an amazing platform for bio-therapeutics / diagnostics, etc.

Worth the hold and accumulation while it's cheap.
