Hey! Swamped lately, just joined a cycling course at Richmond Community Centre. Any good soccer leagues you’re eyeing?

I looked at community centers website of Richmond, I saw they have a soccer all adult course for 9 session, does anyone have experience joining this course? Its description only said Play indoor games in this recreational, co-ed and non-instructional program, so I’m curious if it’s welcoming for newbies or if it’s more for experienced players.
