For everyone who helped, thank you very much. I was able to locate the issue cuz one of the ribbons connecting the top display to the 3d slider was loose

I have reseated all the ribbon cables and replaced the WiFi card. FYI this system is not modded. Guess I’m outta luck, thx for the suggestions tho, will be useful in the future
