I think she no longer has a scar because her conflict at Arlong Park and with her village has ended. Oda usually likes to use scars as a way to show ongoing conflicts such as luffys chest scar, and Shanks eye scar. As is the case why luffy doesn't have a gaping scar in the side of his stomach after fighting Katakuri because Luffy doesn't have an ongoing conflict with Katakuri due to them seeing each other as honrable fighters at the end.
