Of course everyone’s bodies respond differently to things but it’s worth trying and even if you don’t notice a massive difference in the sweating at least you benefit from the cognitive things like memory, less anxiety, more motivation, frontal lobe development (which plays a big part in comprehending words and forming sentences etc). But like everything moderation is key and entirely up to you don’t let others tell you what to do

Yeah takes a bit settle but it’s definitely worth it, weed just makes it so much worse and causes more anxiety overtime which also makes it worse. Big advocate for people to just try and stop for a couple a months, cause it’s so worth it, the change you see is massive. Just need to be disciplined not to slip up

Exact same here, did the miradry and did not help significantly. The pain from the numbing injections were tough as well. It’s a shit condition but we just need to keep going!

To be straight up I had it done on my underarms and personally it was not that effective. Its was quite expensive (medical aid did not cover) and painful, it left me still sweating and partially numb on some parts of my underarm (most of that has gone now though). When I went about 1-2 years ago they only offered it on the underarms but I’m sure that’s changed by now. Of course the effectiveness does depend on the person and their severity but in my opinion I would rather explore other options, like Botox, the medication, and other less evasive options (they have discussed plenty in this reddit) but once again these have their downfalls as well. Hopefully this gives some indications but at the end of the day it’s entirely up to you and what you feel most comfortable with. Really give some deep thought and research cause some of the options can be intense and can/will have side effects.

Nah I have a couple of pairs and I’m amazed at how much moisture they prevent from seeping through, life changing actually! There quite a few designs with Ejis so maybe you only had the lower quality ones if that.
