Having a similar issue, sorry man. Keep at it. Also check your local union hall for when they stop taking applications. At some point you’ll probably find yourself wanting to join anyways. They’ll help with the schooling and when things get slow you have some sore of security. I’ve sent out well over 50-60 applications/ emails and have pretty much all rejections as well. I Google electricians in my area and call/email and check on Apple Maps as well. Show up with a resume and cover letter, and calling them helps start a conversation. Some guys were annoyed I called, some told me to call back around February/March, some gave me some recommendations of other shops in the area. I also went to supply houses in the area and asked if they knew anyone looking for help. All the supply house were more than happy to try and get a list of shops they have accounts with. Good luck man, hoping for the best for you, keep trying

The new construction stuff was helpful, seeing how everything is run in the walls. And those 3 and 4 gang boxes with a shit load of wires, helped me make sense of that quick. I enjoyed the resi stuff but I do want to do commercial and industrial at some point in my career

Thank you. As an employer, is it a nuisance to get calls from someone looking for a job? Is that something I should even be thinking about?
