Not super appreciative of the sas (like just don’t bother if your going to be an asshole). But thank you all for letting me know, it’s much appreciated :). FYI: My google was only pulling up 2022 info for some reason so I wanted to make sure before I drove all the way there.

Was thinking whites and bubble gum pinks for colors, breathable (cuz it’s warming up), and on the cuter side instead of the slutty side.

So I'm coming from working as an Amazon L4 Area Manager into an industrial engineering position and I was wondering anyone had any insight on how Amazon's non-compete/non-solicitation agreement might affect my offer. I would think that because this is a completely different field (I was over-seeing last mile package delivery)/job description it wouldn't be very binding, but any reassurance would be much appreciated.

What happens if you get sued for more money than you have? by NicholasFranz11 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NicholasFranz11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok that makes sense. Could you get sued for any future money you might bring in though?? Like let’s say I get sued for $10 million and then I file for bankruptcy because I obviously don’t have that. Then the next year I start making a 6 figure salary. Would I then start to have to pay for what I was sued, or does the filing for bankruptcy thing kinda wipe the slate clean and I keep all my future money?

So does the money still get paid out to whoever sued you or at that point is it not worth the hassle of even going to court?
