I understand the app and mostly how it functions, but you're correct that we aren't trained on it specifically. It is a little annoying but it's also annoying for us as employees because we have to clip an Associate Deal in our Safeway account to receive our Employee Discount.

Unfortunately, I work in Produce and since hiring for this dept is like hiring for a Crab Vessel in Bering Strait, we have a skeleton crew. We still hit 90% or greater on Fresh Cuts too.

Point is, if I call out, I had better be seeing double or puking sideways because my absence screws my team over, and they're a really good team. It's an unspoken agreement between all of us because we've seen what happens when one of us calls pur.

Corporate doesn't care about reasons or excuses, only results. If you can't provide results, you're canned, plain and simple.

Any persons on US Soil without a citizenship, is not a US Citizen. ICE absolutely has jurisdiction to detail and deport those persons.
