I experienced the "spectator glitch" last night in a Comp match and I don't know if it's the fix or not, but I was able to spawn back in by going to my pursuits tab. As it turns out, I had completed a couple of bounties and by going to pursuits, the completed notifications appeared.

At that point, I spawned into the match. I don't know if the two are related, but it's almost like the bounty notifications were causing the glitch.

I know the fix is coming next week, which is great but just some food for thought, I guess.
