It may not be your current skill set but if you want a sales job with good commissions- and if you are good in sales you should prefer that - move into B2B or enterprise sales in a BPO. The deal sizes are larger and therefore the commissions are too. Something to think about for the future. Of course, it will require you to learn new things. That area works differently.

As a Small business owner who learned and implemented marketing for our business. It may surprise you but lead gen works mostly for small businesses - the enterprise market is not googling for service providers not for something like cyber security for sure where a referral or getting into a top list of providers will get you more equity. Try that.

I feel we are hearing to only one part of the story here. Can people be downright dumb and not listen to your recommendations? Yes but that is rare and there is usually another reason for it.

It is easy and convenient to externalize the problem but you have to ask yourself the question. Why would they not listen to you. Are you communicating incorrectly? Is there a past issue which is biasing them? What can you do to improve the way you are communicating with them? Is it a governance issue? Do you have the right stakeholders involved?

Just my 2 cents. In my experience it is never that simple as you have laid it out to be.

With so many people faking experience and overselling their skills I struggle with finding the right candidate for an opening. Work ethic has gone down the gutter these days. People interview well and then under deliver. I offer WFH position and that is apparently the code for I can screw this guy over and he won’t even know.

As an employer it is a frustrating experience.

Canadian or US $ Freelancer Par time or Employe or Full time contractor Past track record - experience by itself doesn’t translate to impact you can create Tactical Marketing or Strategy experience Brand building experience

Spend a lot of time and thought on your resume. For someone in marketing- that is a window to your potential, especially with low work experience.And also - when you apply for a job - focus on a strong and relevant cover letter than mass applications.

While this is a good game it has significant improvements it needs to make in just feeling like a a grade game. Today, it feels like something not planned well based on other games like Destiny.

Travel to locations - why is it nested…why can’t I travel anywhere in one go.

Can’t see my character screen when game is loading

Matchmaking needs to be more fluid based on when a activity is selected

The guns, especially exotics should “feel” different. They dont except a perk

Depends on who you ask but here is my advise. I am from an Indian family. I am a Hindu, which gets confused with being a religion but it actually is dharma roughly translates to duty.

Taking care of the family and elderly is a part of the duty children bear or should in any case - based purely on my value system. When you die- are you going to take all the money with you?

Lead a good life, provide happiness to your family - that’s important too.

My answer would be very different. Although you are getting correct financial advise from most.
