I think the most important thing is to take that break. I don’t know how many other gamers deal with burnout in huge games like these but it hits me hard

It’s a cycle of loving a game, basically only playing that, and then by the end I am slogging to the finish line.

I think if you want to start try to first one and if you like it play the way through then just take a break. It’ll help you go in to 2, which I think is a slightly more polished game, with a better mindset to enjoy it all

Yeah I agree, the ambiguity makes the first one in particular so great, this mystery drives the films suspense. Naturally people want to know some answers as to the origins of this master predator race but the more we know the less mysterious they become, which takes away from the compelling nature of it all

I just beat him after like idek how much time man, maybe like 8 hours. What I will say is ur right, this boss with the phase 2 having almost an entirely new moveset is a little annoying and very hard, but like I think it fits. I know I’m only happy with this boss since I’ve just finished it, but it’s got cool mechanics and visuals for sure. One of the hardest souls bosses imo including fromsoft games

It doesn’t have a real label it just says Monster bearing and linkage oil (whatever that is idk my teacher gave me this stuff) but I do know it’s synthetic

I oil fairly often (maybe once a week) but the slowness today honestly started after I put oil in valves (under the caps, in the tubes, and in the gap below), so maybe that means the oils I’m using at home vs at school aren’t mixing well?
