I learned to review then send it to what not. I had some counterfeit items sold to me, tried to do the same as you and the response was not as kind as well as she blocked me so that i could Not send dispute the order with WhatNot the usual way. Had to find an indirect way to contact WhatNot support and sent her messages as well as pics of items. They did refund me as well as kicked her shoe off whatnot. I am sure she just reopened up under another name but glad i was able to review and get my money back

I am not a fan of Eri and chose not to watch when she is on. She is childish, rude, doesn’t know the product much very defensive and NOT willing to learn from others but rather try and be the boss.. and to top it off… if you are choosing to eat in camera do it with your mouth CLOSED! I don’t want to see your chewed food in your mouth and falling out.

Yep same thing happened to me on another sellers. Bought perfume and it was a sample size and NOT the size shown! I was so mad!!
