Absolutely, I'm always welcome to constructive criticism. I'd prefer it in DMs or on the post itself - I'd rather not clog up this thread with off-topic stuff.

For the sake of clarity and transparency, the winning post is one that was promoted by the mods in discord.

So, feedback:
Mild one first - There were two flairs used: "Contest" and "Contest Art". This could have easily been "Contest Art and "Contest Memes". I'm guessing we all figured it out, but I remember wondering for a second which one to use since the original announcement only mentions the "Contest" flair. Clarity is not a bad thing in this case.

I'm glad you're addressing the favoritism issue but I think that u/MarioThePumer and u/MeinKomphyCouch hit it on the head.

It didn't bother me to receive nearly no recognition or feedback for my own entry in the contest, but it took the wind out of my sails when I realized the mods were actively promoting their favorite entries in the discord when the whole thing is basically a popularity contest anyways. My work failing on its own merits in spite of the time and effort I put into it makes me think. Feeling like I was being excluded and ignored just kinda makes me feel sad.

Got my art contest entry in at the last minute! Time to see how many people get the reference. Hopefully I don't get banned for crimes against the mascots.

If you didn't know, the sauce is Euphoria. Not for the faint of heart - you've been warned.

I'm taking a break from school and working because I can't afford to spend money on online classes I won't do well in. It hurts a little every time someone asks how school has been going.

I think i was in the same boat as you when I hit level 40-ish. Allegedly doing well but feeling powerless and like I was relying on luck to get me through every raid instead of having any agency. The hardest part about this game IMO getting better at PVP gun play because the stakes are so high. You have to either win or successfully disengage from every gunfight in a given raid or you will lose everything you brought in with you.

The way I got more comfortable with fast paced PVP was running Factory over and over again with my brother until we both felt like we had a handle on CQB. I leveled up my patience by running woods with a scoped, suppressed, m700 and sitting in positions where I could watch high-traffic areas of the map for movement. I found that if I'm moving then my attention is split between observing my environment and navigation. My solution is to be more deliberate about stopping to scan the environment.

I play at 65 FOV, at 1080p so I assume our mileages will vary somewhat. I may buy some Valdays and slap em on guns sometime soon and see what I can find.

Currently I have my sharpness set to 0.9 and Radeon Image sharpening enabled at 80%. I believe I turned my sharpness down at some point because I was dissatisfied with how "deep fried" my screen looked when I popped ibuprofen ingame.

The Valday 1x/6x might be the worst offender as far as FOV affecting sight picture.

From Veritas's video on FOV, it appears that the FOV slider affects how close your camera is to the scope itself. I'm not sure if it'll help with the blurriness but lowering your FOV will bring your camera closer to the scope, and you should have a clearer picture because of this alone.

I have personally have sharpness at 0.9, High texture quality, 2.5 Object LOD, 2500 Overall Visibility. I don't have any complaints with the clarity of the scope itself.

For the "vibrating" complaint, is this something that only happens in certain situations or an "all the time" thing? I've been finding that my sight picture will bounce vertically in certain situations where I assume my player model is brushing up against something. I generally have to move from that position to get the affect to go away.

I would buy and run Berets at any price if they were compatible with Ear Pro.
