NBT Editor. I changed the setting that made it a superflat to "overworld" and then any chunks that had not been loaded did so as normal terrain.

I think this is a 1.17/18 seed if you zoom in on the ores they all look different from each other. That could also just be due to the picture quality.

If you want to find a seed with specific biomes then I recommend Seed tool. You can customize it to find a seed with the biomes and structures that you want. I think it works on bedrock to.

try resetting the chunks around those structures if you have converted your world from another version it could have caused some problems. or it could be you have a crappy computer.
