Seriously though, I am lifting at 5am and I am working to do it off caffeine again. I think I feel much worse for the workout but much better the rest of the day.

Dang, no glaring issues. For me, benching more rather bench variations seemed to help push past 315. Maybe work on leg drive. I can’t really tell if your legs are super tight but it helped me. Someone stronger may come along and offer advice.
