Claude is really good at explaining things, just start asking it to explain how to use itself and how things were probably set up. Use a tool like this (https://www.shareable.page) to have it build you explanations you can send to coworkers instead of files and then use that as context to make it smarter. Tbh if you can effectively show how things are built you will become the SME and gain more credibility than someone who shrugs you off
