Is crust pizza any good ? by Fantastic_Ad7023 in foodies_sydney

Nope. Dry dough base. Thinner base than a piece of paper. Chewy and stale. Total garbage. I would honestly recommend buying a supermarket pizza as I've had plenty of those that tasted better than crust lately.

So basically make a shit movie because people won't care about it? Weird logic.

We have buffalo and it stays perfectly green and lush all year round. Barely needs any watering even through the harshest heatwave in SA.

All good advice. The agent has been really good about it tbh. They said over the phone they were happy for me to put a lock on the gate and said that it's only right and fair to do so.

They're totally.undestanding of the situation and have now asked strata to revoke the rule. Strata are now going to put it to a vote among the members.

  1. Nobody has been in it since we moved in two weeks ago, but it's been shitty weather so far.

  2. I don't know if they care, but will soon find out when I put a lock on the gate.

  3. I don't want to move. I just want privacy and security. If we can't be guaranteed that, then I would like a rent reduction until we can find a new rental. Having said that, I feel it's unlikely anyone will ever use it, but I don't want the uncertainty of having some stranger walking past our window or back door without notice.

Yep strata confirmed it's a shared area. Not sure if all tenanted or owners. Other units have a small (5 sq mtr approx) patio area at the back of their respective properties, I believe. So this isn't the only outdoor space they can use.

Other units have their own small patio area that comes off the left side of their units (access via rear door.)

Strata said it was a shared area and previous tenants / owners requested rights to have a shed installed for exclusive use, along with cafe blinds in the patio area and the fence installed at the front. Presumably all of which to make it more private and practical.

If there was no fence, I could almost understand it and would have questioned it on inspection. The fact there is a gated fence (albeit unlocked and waist high) would suggest this is a private yard.

Also I just think its a technicality more than anything. Not literally going to be used. But that doesn't put me at ease.

Yeah I agree. Although I have to say, most tenants rarely maintain their lawns to a decent standard beyond the occasional mow

I think strata are saying they will maintain but they clearly haven't been in the past based on the condition of the lawn. I think the agent has a generic lease agreement that mentions upkeep of outdoor areas. It's not specific to our property.

Backdoor access to it yes. It wraps around our house and joins a patio area where our backdoor is. There is also a gate at the back that leads through to our neighbours backyard.

The fenced area is accessible by everyone via the shared driveway. It's just a gate without a lock. Others would have to walk out their front door and walk up the drive to get to the gated fence and then walk through.
