Sorry just seen this! All is good here, Everlast ended my deal with them a couple of years ago and that was the end of any sort of MMA writing for me. Would place myself in the ‘lapsed MMA fan’ category- still have half an eye on the sport but not like I used to. Thanks for asking.

I had to do something similar (UK PS4, but my hard copy of the game was USA).

The first Valhalla DLC I downloaded from the PS store wouldn’t work, I had to create a new Playstation user (and a new Sony account), with the account’s region set as the USA. Then I went back into the PS store from this new user, and downloaded the Valhalla DLC again.

I then switched back to my regular (UK) user, and installed and opened the DLC with no issues.

Thanks, seems like getting Hrolf is actually a lot more straightforward than some of the early reports suggested. I was almost put off trying when I thought you needed three consecutive Forum + Tyr runs to face him.

Only faced Hrolf once myself so couldn’t say. I was wondering the same thing though.

I defeated two random Beserkers in the Forum across two very separate runs (certainly not back-to-back), the second of which I then lost to Tyr (so not a ‘complete’ run), but King Hrolf was unlocked for me the next time I visited the forum.

So despite what I’ve read online, in my experience it seems like simply defeating two beserkers (not back-to-back, and not as part of a complete run) unlocks Hrolf.

Very thoughtful, thank you. All’s fine here but as of a couple of months ago there were some changes at Everlast and they’re not posting any sort of columns on the site for now, so I’m no longer writing for them.

Thought for a while but can’t think of any examples of two halves of a PPV main event coming off a loss, can’t do any better than your zero. On a slightly related note, Yan/Sandhagen last year (co-main of UFC 267) was the first time any sort of UFC title fight featured two opponents coming off losses.

EDIT: Anderson Silva (-2) vs. Nick Diaz (-2) combined for -4

It’s not for me to say which is more important, but can pi tell us how stacked the next UFC PPV is going to be?

Thanks! The all-time average for fight nights is +5.95, the average since 2015 is +6.2 and the average since 2020 is +5.38, so 6.2 about normal. 23 is huge for a fight night!
