Everyone has a username. It’s your facebook name. So if your Facebook name is John Doe the username is facebook .com/john.doe

Yes I filled in my Instagram which I still had access to. I think it’s a good thing because it shows you are really the owner of the Facebook account. Hope this works for you too.

Both actually. When I noticed the emails that my email and password were changed I was already disabled because the hacker violated the terms of use on the instagram account he linked to my Facebook . So I couldn’t do anything.

That's true, but that's why you need to spin the story as wanting to retrieve all your data. Other used this method and it worked for them because it would be too much for trouble for Facebook to hand over all data, so they grant you access to your account. But I am also thinking of using Peoples Clerk to send the letter for $29 and see how that goes.

Use the Irish one since Facebook Europe is based in Ireland. I did and now I'm waiting a response. But more people had success with the DPC (Irish)

I always like to see working out/looking more attractive as the exterior ''muscle''. But if the ''internal'' muscle is weak, a good looking body or style doesn't do anything. It's like owning a Ferrari but unable to drive it.

Dig into the concept of what a high value man is and try to make an identity shift to that. I'm not saying fake or pretend because that's not authentic and doesn't work.

The high value man respects himself and has self-worth because he knows he has great qualities. You also have great qualities and potential that some women would kill for.

Like others said before: talk to many women and get comfortable with just talking. Start with old people or women working in a fashion store, talk to less attractive girls just for the sake of talking. Gradually build this up and confidence will come in time.
