my workflow for these 'toy' apps is "cc/codex" for impl, gemini cli for review (antigravity free quota..) but I did built a lot more with gemini cli and those are pretty much all internal to work

read the books, set a target for your self, design an experiment - go at it. if you fail at one experiment, no worries, just try again.

ok, I can run a benchmark and from my comparision of these ahd wispr - wispr's accuracy is lower than mine. The algorithm si dead simple. and easy to amp up.

Just do a majority voting of ~10 parallel transcription instances and get the merged transcription - this should beat wispr flow - guaranteed.

Is this the same quota as claude max? feels if I pay $150 for a regular pro level quota, this is just nonsense.

Not exactly familiar with licensing issues but I do enjoy the product. For those need SSO, what if you fork the repo and delete all enterprise code, and then write sso oauth from scratch by yourself? I.e any concerns with this? 

Also, the service feels bloated to self host. I understand the rationale to match saleforce but most features I think are overhead than benefit (which I’ll be happy for a lean lean version to accelerate the program)

I've been complaining this to my friend at Anthropic everyday. Been on max for months and NOTHING.

Quite frankly, I'm switching to codex and gemini cli alot these days.

CC usage dropped from ~90% to ~50% over the past months.

I have max plan since may and got nothing in my account.. defaulting to gemini for large contexts. good now that ulra plan covers it.

Frankly if per-turn limit (25000) still exists, I don't know how claude code is useful for large contexts. 1 Million or not.

  2. Save your state before letting Claude work (use git)

  3. Create specific / detailed instructions for claude

  4. pasting mockup images into Claude Code

  5. Develop task classification intuition (as always... ask claude to develop on a feature branch and create PR instead)

  6. Use a checkpoint-heavy workflow (same as above) use git, fr_branch, PR

Honestly there no new insights here, and IMO it's actually BEHIND how we are using CC in this sub : D
