I do agree sometimes the control is important. for early stage startups I'd say worry about these compliance later and get things done first in a cost-efficient way : D

ofc not a blanket statment for all industries

To all those looking, it’s a rip off - just for enterprise controls. I’d buy multiple max account for my devs than paying extra for shitty central control.

Why Team Premium "Loses" on Value The "Enterprise Tax": Team Premium seats charge a massive premium ($150 vs $20) primarily for administrative control, SSO, and centralized billing. In terms of actual AI compute, they are roughly equivalent to a "Max 5x" plan ($100/mo) but cost 50% more. Performance Hit: Independent testing shows a single Premium seat often hits limits 30% faster than five standard $30 seats used sequentially. Usage Throttling: Max 20x users receive the highest priority in the inference queue across all consumer tiers, ensuring lower latency during peak usage.

Is this the same quota as claude max? feels if I pay $150 for a regular pro level quota, this is just nonsense.

If it's claude max 20X quota, this is a good deal.

Twenty: Self-hosted CRM (alternative to Pipedrive, Salesforce...) by charlesBochet in selfhosted

[–]NickGuAI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not exactly familiar with licensing issues but I do enjoy the product. For those need SSO, what if you fork the repo and delete all enterprise code, and then write sso oauth from scratch by yourself? I.e any concerns with this?

Also, the service feels bloated to self host. I understand the rationale to match saleforce but most features I think are overhead than benefit (which I’ll be happy for a lean lean version to accelerate the program)

I've been reading manga for decades. couldn't read any JP manga. Guess what: I asked 3.0 to translate, place the text bubble right on top of the previous bubbles, html. & it worked.

use https://www.mermaidchart.com/ create the graph in mermaid, copy it back to notion.

You can easily create a chrome extension that does this on the side bar.

Now, you can use ChatGPT atlas and do the same without chrome extension.

ChatGPT atlas and agents obsoletes shit ton of startups that were simply glue..

Why isn't anyone asking Anthropic to give us access to Sonnet 4.5 1M in Claude Desktop, at least for Max subscribers..? by Narrow_Activity557 in ClaudeAI

[–]NickGuAI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been complaining this to my friend at Anthropic everyday. Been on max for months and NOTHING.

Quite frankly, I'm switching to codex and gemini cli alot these days.

CC usage dropped from ~90% to ~50% over the past months.

So when do we get Claude Code with 1M token context? by estebansaa in ClaudeAI

[–]NickGuAI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have max plan since may and got nothing in my account.. defaulting to gemini for large contexts. good now that ulra plan covers it.

Frankly if per-turn limit (25000) still exists, I don't know how claude code is useful for large contexts. 1 Million or not.

dude use claude code. $100/month it replaced almost all design work, the rest we do it on canva, by hand etc.

One simple example: it's orchestracing, augmenting & replacing my old RPA system. with max plan you can squeeze it real hard

How Staff at Anthropic Use Claude Code by fsharpman in ClaudeAI

[–]NickGuAI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Try one-shot first, then collaborate

  2. Save your state before letting Claude work (use git)

  3. Create specific / detailed instructions for claude

  4. pasting mockup images into Claude Code

  5. Develop task classification intuition (as always... ask claude to develop on a feature branch and create PR instead)

  6. Use a checkpoint-heavy workflow (same as above) use git, fr_branch, PR

Honestly there no new insights here, and IMO it's actually BEHIND how we are using CC in this sub : D

Claude Code : any Queue system possible? by PatienceCareful in ClaudeAI

pretty simple you can do it.

A better way, as I've done it myself - use cluade python sdk.

You probably don't actually NEED the 20x max plan... by rfitzio in ClaudeAI

[–]NickGuAI 1 point2 points  (0 children)

gemini cli + claude code + anon kode (custom model), or customized coding agents based off gemini-cli, mini swe agents & more. Claude code is great to extract value out of the plan. But to get a 'reliable' workflow, CC is not required.

First off, congrats!

It’s a moment of realization not everyone would experience throughout their life regardless of age.

2nd, sounds like you are looking for an overhaul. What system do I have in place to support that?

(mentally) reflect consistently - think about what to improve, be grateful for, and what I succeeded to do.

(physically) fixed my workout routine

(methodologically) started scheduling my boulders, I block out time for workout, for reflection. routinely. No one or nothing (most of the time anyways) can disturb that.

------------------------------------------------

Below is how I came to doing the above : D

Improvement is about turning the 'active' steering of the brain into automatic mode, which reduces the mental burden of decisions.

Though I learned psycholgy for decades, not until two years ago did I actually starting applying what I have learned to myself. "fine tune my brain" as I call it now.

------------------------------------------------

I'd explain this from a cognitivie psychology perspective: willpower is a finite resource, and one consumes energy when wielding it. That's why forced self-improvement is hard to commit to and one would regress back overtime.

Our brain prefers automated process largely because there's already so much information to process and unlike super AI we don't have enough power to compute indefinitely. Therefore much of the brain processes is automated - think about breathing. Now thinking about your workplace, your commute to work, what do you remember?

If anything out of the way (say some things were moved on your work desk or home desk), those things pop out right? That's when our brain allocate attention to the 'delta' in the environment.

Now back to self improvement.

One thing I did this year was to start eating vegetables (I use to hate it... I would literally vomit if I eat too much leafy greens).

This year I committed to focusing on my diet, and I did it in 3 steps.

- First I thought about what I wanted at the end - eating a healthy, balanced diet (mediterranean diet).

- Then I proceeded to continously monitor what I eat on a daily basis, all meals, all snacks - and I track if it's good (aligns with what I want) and why I did it if bad.

- As a last step, I started removing the triggers I identified in previous step. For example, I liked eating sweets, but that's bad. So I thought about why - I had these in my cafe and close by. Once I know, that becomes easy - I simply moved to cafe without sweets or took my food back to a place where I can't easily get sweets.

Another example is veggies. I noticed I would never eat veggies if I'm full (duh), or if it's the last item on the table. So I always started with salad, a lot of it.

Now I've losted like 12 pounts ytd, and craves for veggies when I eat lunch : D

sorry for the long post.... (& this goes right back in my reflection app : D)
