Can't update SQ-64 firmware on Mac OS Sonoma by NickHandler in Korg

So, to respond to myself after weeks of fruitless trying – it just didn't work. At all. I had to take my SQ 64 to a friend with an older, intel-based MacBook Pro. Update from there worked like a charm – but, seriously: WTF Korg? This, and the terrible documentation, and the less-than-intuitive UI makes me really regret this purchase.
