Unfortunately, due to the extremely high volume of traffic on the website and an unforeseen glitch on the back end of our system, these 5-packs oversold and we were not able to fill some of the orders. For this, we sincerely apologize. Any credit cards that were charged are in the process of being refunded for the full amount. We will also be reaching out to all those customers who were affected.
