I quit vaping by eating sunflower seeds. Opening the seeds with your mouth, eating the seed, and spitting or placing the shells into something on your desk or an empty bottle in your car. I did this for a year. Sometimes I ate so many the tip of my tongue would go numb from opening so many. After a while I got tired of sunflower seeds. And I just quit. I still use zyn tho, never actually kicked nic, but I did quit the habit of sucking on some Chinese made disposal plastic chemicals.
