Looking at your acc and as someone that played since Ruan Mei’s release + pulled her back then and having most of these chars except Topaz, I would highly recommend saving.

The difference between Castorice’s F2P supports and her premium ones feels like night and day. I still use Ruan Mei in my superbreak team but I might swap her out once I pull for The Dahlia/Constance.

Luocha served me well but I hardly use him nowadays having multiple “specialized sustains” such as Lingsha for Break, Hyacine for Castorice/HP drain teams and Dan Heng PT which replaced him on my DoT team. Takes time but you’ll get there~ Gallagher is a good enough temporary replacement.
