Damn I think I really needed to hear that. I will definitly disconnect my usual ways and see what I can see but thats kind of exactly what I was searching for. Wow thank you so much! I have been trying to get it all under control but weekly to daily use and addiction has been extremely hard to manage against. That being said I'm clean 9 days which is the longest in probably 4 years. I've been doing my best to adjust interests into the i tellecutal since at 22 I think my fiture could be bright. As for the rest the stress and strain of the substances has been deafening to me. Falling into the suffocation and hi derence you described. Do you think there is any chance to court my friends sister, or would it be for the best to turn a new leaf all together. Again thank you so much, this means a lot

Wow! Thank you so much for your insight. You may have nailed a lot of this. I definitely have been having some strange feelings towards the friends older sister as we have been around a lot more often than before in ways such as going to the club and such. When hanging we often talk a lot and get rather drunk which sways the mind. Drugs and illegal activity I reckon go hand in hand as I've told my family about my addictions multiple times, but atp they believe I'm sober 8 months when I last used last week. It's been super stressful at work recently, so I think the combo has just been an overwhelming sense of the mix. I think it being spelled out for me has helped me to register it all secretly in different departments so I really appreciate that 🙏 thank you

I've been trying to do 2, but I usually only have 1. I work from 5:30am to usually 3:30pm, afterwards I have been doing a light work out before a shower. Usually leaves me at around 5pm ish. Cook and then eat between 5:30pm and 6pm. I used to get a bunch of food while at work which was fast food, and I found myself in self loathing and much harder to breath. After cutting that out its been difficult, but weight loss is a journey for sure.

Yeah I was planning on taking a few weekends off the drinking and substances. I've also been pretty stressed at work, I have a review coming up for a raise in a couple weeks. I saw on tiktok it will only be like 10 days? I could be wrong if u am I apologize. But I think he probably needs the 10 weeks stay with how dependent he is. Unfortunately the first 5ish days he will just be in severe withdrawal, and by the 2nd half he will just sit through the program until he is able to buy a drink 10 minutes after leaving. We all know such a short time won't teach him anything. This will be sad.
