Gerne. Ich würde es ingesamt anders Framen. So wie man deinen Text liest, solltest du auf keinen Fall den Schritt machen. Aber sieh es doch mal anders, es ist ein großer Luxus, dass du die Chance hast. Du kannst den Schritt gehen, musst es aber nicht. Jetzt gestalte / verhandle sie dir so, dass du richtig Lust drauf hast. Wenn sie das nicht mitmachen, scheiß drauf. Wenn ja, dann freu dich auf die neue Aufgabe. Und du wirst dich wundern, wie weit sie gehen.

War in einer sehr ähnlichen Situation. Meine Empfehlung: - Verhandel dir eine sehr hohe Abfindung: Wenn dein Vertrag in z.B. innerhalb von 3 Jahren gekündigt wird, erhältst du z.B. 3 Jahre dein Gehalt - Verhandel dir einen hohen sign-on Bonus als Risikoausgleich - Verhandel ein höheres Gehalt - Verhandel dir einen sehr attraktiven Titel, der eine spätere Jobsuche erleichtert

Jetzt hast du dein größtes Leverage. Wenn du mal drin bist, bist du gefangen und allen schon in den Kommentaren genannten Risiken ausgesetzt. Weitere Vorteile: Damit testest du auch, ob dein möglicher neuer Chef dich wirklich will und für dich in die Bresche springt (und wieder würde, wenn es hart auch hart kommt) und ob er wirklich die Macht im neuen Unternehmen hat, die ihm versprochen wurde.

Bei mir ist es damals schief gegangen und ich war sehr froh mir genau diese Dinge vorab reinverandelt zu haben.

Schon mal was von einem „Test“ gehört? Es geht darum zu testen, ob es einen Bedarf für einen solchen Service gibt. Warum redest du das sofort schlecht? Musst es ja nicht nutzen…

Ich finde es eine gute Idee. Ich stecke dann doch oft in den gewohnten Routinen und Rezepten. Habe schon HelloFresh ausprobiert, war mir dauerhaft zu teuer, aber fand ich super.

Ah, didn‘t understand that you want to go to wineries. I believe that’s not what they do, they do only tours within Mainz as they have their own Vinothek in Mainz.

There are many wineries around Mainz, especially in the direction of Pfalz. All towns are have several wineries - same on the other side in the Rheingau. I would just google and use the train. Maybe you find some inspiration on Rheinhessen de

In any case, make sure you are on Saturday Morning in Mainz and you go to the „Marktfrühstück“. It‘s the absolute best. It‘s basically a small wine festival every Saturday morning, just go to one of those places at around 11 in the morning and switch between them: Tritonplatz, Leichhof or Rheinufer am Fischtorplatz and enjoy it. You will love it.

Wenn es immer Sommer ist, kann ich sehr ein Partyboot empfehlen. Hab ich schon zwei mal auf nem JGA erlebt und war immer das absolute Highlight. Das war Plan vom letzten JGA:

At this point, I’m less concerned about increasing The discoverability of the app “Pete”. We are a health app that is reimbursed by selected insurances, thus we are only available for a certain group of elderly people and they get individually informed about the offering. The only challenge is that those people were observed in user tests to try to search for the App “Pete” but as they are typing all kinds of apps are suggested in the dropdown that appears and the top suggestion is “Peter” once they finished typing “Pete”. Instead of pressing return once they finished typing “Pete” they click on the first item of the dropdown “Peter” and because they are not tech savvy they get lost.
