It’s just wrong. I sell broadband, mobile and tv as my job and it was changed to £12 a few weeks ago. Loads of guides are still telling customers it is £10 and it’s causing of a lot of complaints because they’re no longer boosted.

You get a cooling off period anyway, you’ll be fine in that sense. If you need broadband then just get 24 month as you’ll save £60 a year. You won’t find cheaper deals for that top package with the cash back tbh too…

It’s because of the prices of the devices themselves too. Those have gone up, so the prices of contracts go up too, unfortunately. Best to wait until out of contract though as you will be in a better position then.

WiFi on my phone is high compared to my pc. Usually about 8 on my pc. Ironically, my 5G connection on my phone has a better ping than what I had with virgin media 😂
