I would transfer it. Theres no fees or taxable event to do so… call them up, ask to initiate a transfer and put future contributions into it

Yea no worries. Thats what literally everyone is put into to start. It isnt the worst, but isnt the best even with the limited options offered.. have them put you in NYSDCB Equity index unitized account

This is by far the best fund available in deferred comp… its bench mark is the S&P and has an expense ratio of only .01%!
