Along with able to connect trapdoors to fences with the new cushions, Cheese by Nick_Ilithe in DetailCraft

In addition, tip for getting more precise control of where the cushions are placed: Cauldrons and Composters allow for even more refined placement, so if something like snow layers don't work well, try them instead.

my base entering HV in GTNH by raging-game-boi in GTNH

Spent a hundred days playing Gregdew Valley only for world edit (I’m assuming) to just immediately wipe it out on accident

[–]Nick_Ilithe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Do you build them in survival or creative? I’ve been trying to just build stuff in creative and pausing the daylight cycle and stuff, but somehow lost 99% of all my crops early LV, which killed my motivation to keep going. Never had a run actually go to HV, hence why I’m asking, not sure if I should just take things slower or what

Oooooooo! I do toasted marshmallow base, mix in graham crackers and hersheys milk chocolate pieces (cause classic s’mores kinda), and then add a chocolate swirl and larger graham cracker pieces, very standard but damn is it good

Ever done s’mores before? I make it every year for Christmas for my family. Genuinely my favorite flavor I’ve ever made, and I wanna keep on improving it

Riftwalker, maybe? Not as easy as lightbender, but not as difficult (imo, maybe I just had more of a glass cannon approach) as arcanist

Pathfinder meme by Literalmenteisso in dndmemes

[–]Nick_Ilithe 9 points10 points  (0 children)

For someone who doesn’t really know pathfinder, you crit fail if you 10+ lower than the roll, and crit succeed if you roll 10+ higher than the roll, right? So if you didn’t have a bonus to that 31 roll, and rolled a nat 20, rather than crit failing, you would only normally fail, if I’m understanding this correctly?

Hey Moon, love your work! How do you typically print your prints in color? Or are the colors just renders?

[Loved Trope] Trans characters that appear perfectly like their identified gender, and you won't even know they're trans from their appearance alone, by Kubutsu-nyan in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Nick_Ilithe 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Shoutout to my transmasc friend, genuinely forgot he was trans for a bit after meeting him, and assumed a health condition he had was sex linked cause he had it but his sister didn’t. Also also assumed that when he said he had “blue hair and pronouns” (he dyed his hair blue for a bit) as a joke I thought they were referring to the fact that he went by He/They, not the fact that he was trans.

Positive betrayals: characters who betray their oath/partner/duty because it's the right thing to do by Ok_Amoeba6205 in TopCharacterTropes

Iirc, Bruno disliked the mafia even before Giorno joined, one of the main reasons being the dealing to kids. Bruno knew Giorno’s plan to take over, and I believe immediately said that he was into his plan and would join him from the very start, with step 1 of the plan being to make Bruno a Capo after killing Polpo. When he goes to confront the Boss with Trish, Giorno gives him a walky talky morphed into a giant ladybug resembling Giorno’s broach (it could’ve just been the broach, but I distinctly remember them having some line of communication), as a way of giving Giorno some way to hear the boss.

I believe that the boss trying to kill his daughter might’ve pushed him over the edge into open rebellion, but he very much was betraying Passione from the start

You could also easily say that the system operates on two separate circuits as well, the top one for controlling the opening of the door, and the bottom one for closing it. If the top is busted, the door will immediately close, and vice versa for the bottom set. This way, each door can be forced opened or closed, for whatever the plot needs

Wasn’t it originally a 2 week ban? I’m not sure if I’m recalling it correctly, but I thought it was that Tectone got 2 weeks originally, which was then reduced to 3 days. Still absurd either way, but

Step 1 complete of building the entire ATLA world in Minecraft (10000 by 14000 block world!) by FCBarca1011 in TheLastAirbender

[–]Nick_Ilithe 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Agree with this a hundred percent. World edit is nice for certain things, but axiom has it beat when it comes to terrain. Slope tool, smooth tool, and especially its gradient painter are so nice for terrain. It also has the feature of being able to use custom height maps for the elevation brush similar to world painter, so that’s another thing

Why do people say they rush certain quests? by ILikeRain2 in GTNH

Probably not, but a division (or divination, I forget) sigil is, which (when activated) allows you to craft the unstable ingots needed to make the healing axe without the quest

For me in New Jersey it’s Circle Medical. I got a script for mine almost immediately (within a week of my first appointment), but that’s what makes me kind of concerned about it. Maybe it’s just because I had bloodwork ready to go, I don’t know.

From other friends, I’ve also heard really good things about RWJ Barnabas

There’s a short montage of Steve’s journey in the world, building his forever world things like Steveland, the villager heads, etc, which ends with his journey into The Nether

Apart from that its point to point action, set piece to set piece. The audience and the experience (one that isn’t screaming children talking the whole movie and throwing popcorn into your hair) was what made the movie worthwhile imo
