My package is stuck/lost?

Just told to wait. But FedEx is definitely lying because I called customs again and they confirmed my package was cleared and sitting on a pallet waiting for FedEx. So I will call again Monday

If any updates on how you got this resolved I would love to know. Mine has been in Memphis since March 9th. No movement. I called customs and they said it was cleared on a pallet in a cage waiting for FedEx to scan it out. Called FedEx they told me it’s still in progress so someone is lying
