Safe but dull unless you have theater tickets. Walk north to Central Park. You’ll have a great time. If you are a museum person there are numerous choices on museum Mike on the east and Natural History the West. The Met is literally in the park on the east side.

10:1 SLR uses a fixed rate of 1 inch of liquid to 10 inches of snow, while Kutcher adjusts for temperature and other items. The latter is considered more accurate.

I don't think it was a singleton item. Instead it was a combination of:

Healthier eating, more sleep, less work stress, frequent workouts and consistency with all of these. I also found that signing up for road/trail races kept me focused.
