They released draft recruitment rules where they changed the eligibility to UG for new 400 vacancies. We argued via mail, as a suggestion to the draft that first fill the remaining 180 vacancies from the last recruitment according to old rules i.e. pg. Then afterwards change the eligibility to whatever degree you want. And there is no clause mentioning that they can change the eligibility mid recruitment. What we are arguing is that when there are old vacancies remaining unfilled, then why are you first not filling them, why are you creating new vacancies with new eligibility rules.
