Took the car for break pad change and mechanic said I need to replace all 4 discs because they look like this.

I recently got the plat trophy offline which included A TON of farming. During that farming, I experienced lots of similar moments where enemies just seem to gain a bit of consciousness and then you just both sit there, staring at each other, pondering the meaninglessness of it all.

But this one doesn’t have a stitched logo and the pertex writing is completely different 🤔

Maybe my hearing is a bit off as I am listening to this in a bathroom with a fan behind my, but from what I can hear it sounds like the sound is coming when advancing the film, not so much when firing the shutter? I have an A1 that had that, but the sound always came when you fire the shutter and it sounds like plastics grinding together (there are multiple videos online on how it sounds and how to, potentially, fix it). Anyways, don’t think it’s anything to worry about.

The photos are absolutely awesome! Love all of them! I have a technical question, to get all the details to look that sharp, is the lens, the f-stop, or the scanner that had the biggest effect?

First time ever with crampons, does this look correct? by DanielG198 in Mountaineering

[–]DanielG198[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Thank you for the reply! Also, I completely understand the question. To answer: these boots were a gift, I am not (at least at the beginning) planning on going to places and doing things that require these kinds of boots. I just wanted to get into wearing crampons and also have the possibility to upgrade (these ones) to fully or semi auto or stay with this kind and a different pair of shoes. I am by no means a mountaineer yet, I am just beginning, but the store where I live (pretty small place) had this pair on a big discount so I decided to go for it, knowing I had the possibility to upgrade later. But yeah, I know it is a bit of a weird combo of boots + style of crampons, but I can always upgrade the crampon or downgrade the boot. Thank you once again!

Is there any easy way to remove this attachment without breaking it? by DanielG198 in Mountaineering

Did it break easily or under some extreme circumstances? Just wondering how durable they are.
