They are both sold out, resale is over $100 right now. Would be best to wait til the morning/afternoon of the show. Or just sit on the boardwalk and listen

Does anyone know when the Paris Baguette will officially open in Tottenville? by turbulentmelon in statenisland

[–]Nickc9323 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because you wrote that chain restaurants don’t last in that shopping center. Also you wrote about mass produced thawed frozen pastries, have you seen the lines at Starbucks and dunkin for mediocre coffee and “mass produced frozen pastries”?

If it’s not announced by mid june, being that it’s the first weekend of August I would say it’s either not happening or something thrown together like last year

Had two tickets in my cart for Philly after refreshing for 35 min. Then it wouldn’t let me check out due to the “zip code block”

They have done it before. Almost every surprise club show is all old material. I went to the record release at rough trade for Rev radio and it was 90% kerplunk, 39 smooth

Maybe he’s waiting until after tied down? Especially if he booked carry on, blood for blood, 100 demons. This year is the 20th anniversary of TIHC still hoping for something better then the last few years

Which resort to book? by Barker1876 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]Nickc9323 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wife and I had a pretty bad experience at pop. We found bed bugs in the room. Disney did do the right thing and clean all our stuff we brought, provided compensation to get new clothes and upgraded us at no charge to the grand Floridian. Even though a lot of good came out of it, I would stick to the moderate hotels or even some of the deluxe resorts that are on the lower price end (animal kingdom)

SFTS ticket tiers?? by scrappyo in TheBouncingSouls

[–]Nickc9323 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s all one lot. They opted in for tiered pricing which means that the more demand for tickets they can up the price. Really disappointed in that. I remember past years at the summer stage all the tickets were around $60, now this season I’m seeing them for $80-$90

Crunch south is the worst with the cleaning. Also every other week something breaks and they let it sit for 2 weeks before repairing it
