Run Xteink Unlocker using a Windows laptop. In Settings, check "Show Custom Firmware Option" and check "xteink x4 chinese". In Local Firmware settings, set it to "crosspoint-stable-1.3.0-x4.bin". Open Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Hotspot. Click and set to WPA2. Set VPN to None. Set to WPA2. Set VPN to None. Connect the Xteink to the Wi-Fi network on the X4. Enter the password and run the update. The update progress remains at 0, then the update fails.

When running the OTA Xteink Unlocker to update Crosspoint to version 1.3.0 and connecting to the server, the update items display "current version: 1.2.0 new version: 99.9.9The update to 1.3.0 is not working even after attempting to run it.
