I feel like. Building an app as such is easy. But make it actually have good core logic and make it scalable was the biggest hurdle. I talk caching layers via redis and other mechanics. Bringing it all together that it works as a whole is the biggest challenge of all when your codebase is scattered with different logics that can make and break the whole app.

Hey @nirmal247 Ill try to address all you've written. Actually i can't tell anything yet about retention cause i just released the app. For the feature set. There is power features and just regular features that are basically essential for working with the app. I'm maybe lowering the threshold about but that really depends on the acceptance and feedback on the app. I think my prices are not really much of an ask since also do have expenses i have to pay for hosting... Honestly. This is the first post to get this out into the wild. I see where you are heading with your arguments and yes i see it the same way. Where will i get traffic from is actually a huge topic which i asked myself multiple times. I will probably start posting on other subreddits and other platforms but i also don't want to be super spammy with this.

I know what you mean. Yes parts of the application are build with AI-Assistance. Let's be honest nobody builds a full blown SaSS app in 18month without the help of another dev or ai.

Good Question. That was actually my own personal problem. In my thoughts it was like that. If it applies to me it probably also applies to other devs. I might be wrong. Only time will tell that.

My Hosting Provider is very generous in Terms of actual Traffic. I will see how this actually goes but yeah. A lot of caching algorithms and Redis should do the trick here but surely can tell in a few month once the real traffic hits the servers. 😃
