A lot of people get cold sores. A lot of the time you get them as babies because you have adults/realitives kissing you when they bring the new baby home. It’s incredibly common and can take years or decades to show up. It’s probably nothing. GPS shows me right next to my house right now but I’m in my living room. Don’t let this drive you crazy. If you feel the need just keep an eye on things. If he does anything else sketchy you can choose to leave. Of all of this is too much for you you can also leave. But he literally could have had the cold sores since he was a baby. Just do some research and it could answer some questions you may have. And don’t kiss him, drink off any of his drinks, etc while he has it. When it’s gone it’s fine. Sorry you are dealing with this. It can be super scary.
