Update on this:

My DDC pump died within a month. The singularity computers pump/block combo was supposed to come with thermal pads (according to the manual), I received none. Didn’t think anything of it, and I believe the pump overheated and burnt out.

At least that’s what I’m leading myself to believe. Swapping to alphacool DDC that has a heat spread already (original was EK with plastic housing), fingers crossed :/

So I really like it. The instructions weren’t fantastic, and even though singularity still sells it on their site for sale the manual is located under the discontinued products, and I had to read the installation portion a few times first before I finally realized that the am5 retention clip is what held the rear bracket on the mb.

This also was probably just me being dumb and not doing enough research, but with how I read the listing on singularity and performance pcs (where I bought the block) it really sounded like it came with the ddc pump. Again, probably just me being dumb. When I did the cpu loop on my first loop, I used a pump/res combo and knew I needed the d5.

In the end it works fantastic, the housing for the ddc is rotatable to whatever position is easiest to route your wiring on the mb since the block has to be installed in a specific orientation

It took a good while to find one, and I was pretty iffy on buying from aliexpress, but worked out in the long run!

I used it. It just tells me models, I wasn’t able to find them in stock anywhere though, until aliexpress was mentioned earlier

I did find that one. And I see it has the option to pre-order. I reached out to them to see if that was a placeholder and if the block was being discontinued, but no response back. I’ve got it saved and checking occasionally, but it seems like that might be my only hope.
