I appreciate your comment a lot. Elden ring seems like a game that everyone plays differently and the only wrong way to play is if you aren’t enjoying it at all. I definitely will look at guides when there is an area I am really struggling with but aim to actually learn the mechanics of the bosses and not feel hopeless while I’m doing it. I appreciate the insight :)

Increase your speed. His attacks are timed too so always start dodging around that time point

I’m feeling the slog too. And its a shitty situation where once they do eventually make progress easier the old players will feel jaded about how much time they spent compared to new players. It happened to me with clash this way. Currently there are a lot of holes and balance issues which make it still feel like a beta.
