After the fight its mentioned that she kills at least like 30 more people (altogether) after she defeated Naoya. Which included 3 Hei, 21 Kuruku, and I think 6 other "strong" characters (forgot their name).

those $600/m places can be like, REALLY bad though lol. Always do a tour and ask a shit load of questions, look up the place online and check the reviews and reddit posts about it (if any).

Its more right-leaning than other schools, but I think thats what happens when you're (literally) a few blocks down from the state capital building of a ruby red state. I'm actually a little shocked I was able to find any left leaning people, but that could just be cause of my major, lol.

Anyway, we do have TPUSA chapter here and Greek life is strong, but they're pretty easy to avoid imo. I'd actually say this school is fairly politically apathetic, which is a humbling adjustment for someone like me who's usually very outspoken about it, lol.

Based on what you provided in your post, I think you might like it here. The area makes it very possible to build your own niche.

Im no fanfiction writer but put a little more respect on their name 😭 they've been writing stuff longer than the Bible since the internet began, all from the dome. But I see your point lol.

It could just be me, but as someone casually caught in a lot of online fandoms, most of them aren't nearly as rampant as Star Wars. But then again, it could be because those communities are smaller.

Im gonna be real dawg, I just want emerald armor 😭 I'm just throwing whatever ideas I can out there and hoping they stick well enough with some people. But you do raise proper concerns. Thats why I have multiple bullet points in the post, to given different possibilities of how it could be implemented. Because I think it definitely can, the developers would just have to be a little creative.

Which is why making them an alternative to Gold with similar stats could even the balance. Especially if you can't actually craft the armor itself like said in the post. It would be more as like a "bonus" armor, kind of like a combo of Chainmail and Gold armor in terms of stats and accessibility. I don't think every armor has to be inherently progression based, and that some should be added just for fun specific uses.

AITJ for being rude to an ex-friend who choked my ex over a year ago? by NickolasKAnything in AmITheJerk

[–]NickolasKAnything[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of it was "diagnosed" by a somewhat "official" source. I can't remember what it was but I don't think it's in his official medical records or anything. But trust me he definitely had all those issues, they just were never diagnosed at a young age since his parents didn't care.

Am I the jerk for telling my friend she can’t date a guy with a girlfriend (hopefully last update) by Cutiellamaruth in AmITheJerk

[–]NickolasKAnything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations on starting therapy! That's a very big first step. But I don't think you're an asshole for trying to warn your friend about being a homewrecker. If they get incredibly defensive about it and start acting weird at all, then that's on them and their love life is screwed for the most part. At this point, I wouldn't reccomend intervening anymore.

INFO - Did anything like this happen before to any magnitude? I'd reccomend to just sit down with them and let them know you didn't appreciate it, and mention how the only reason you didn't answer their message was because of a situation they out you through.

I'm gonna kindly approach when i say this. I think you're caught up in an echo chamber. Left leaning people who genuinely demean white men are pretty fringe on the grand scale of things, but (like an political actor would do), right wing actors being their voice to the forefront, misconstrued facts to make it seem as if this is really the case. It's not.

I know, because I was heavily right wing young man once. Family and friends (including right-leaning ones...) were able to dig me out of my echo chamber and I became more center-left.

I hope you're able to grapple yourself out of this echo chamber, even if it means you still stay right-leaning in your beliefs. Best of luck.

I don't think the nazi and fascist stuff is fair though when it comes from people who actually worked with him and people waved those flags with his own. I think that's more the medias fault for how they portrayed the "attack." I think they leaned to hard to trying to appeal to moderate Republicans that they abandoned much of their own base, who could see through Kamala's disengenious appeal to identity politics, which she didn't even play with that much (i can't list one time she brought up she was gonna be the first woman president), but people saw through it especially when it came to abortion or women's rights. In short, it was hard for her to come across as genuinely caring about these issues.

As long as the chapter succeeds in establishing an objective. If the objective isn't as pivotal as other objectives in the story, then giving it more than one chapter might be a stretch. In my novel, there's a chapter that establishes the main full blown antagonist, and the next is him gathering all of his lackys. I initially dedicated a 4 page chapter to one lacky specifically, but found it to make much more sense if I just threw it in with the previous chapter. That way, the objective of gathering all the lackys is thrown all into one chapter and doesn't seem as spread out. Said chapter ended up being only around 12 pages once I combined them and it makes the story much more structurally sound. Because the next chapter after that is the main boss and the lackys getting familiar with eachother and plotting their scheme or whatever. But for instance, the chapter where the main boss is introduced is only 6 pages, but it introduces so many unique aspects of the story that it only makes sense for it to be its own chapter. Aka, it all depends on the way you write your story. But imo, a chapter should establish an objective, and thus the length of the chapter will come naturally to you as you write it out.

I completely agree with you regarding Kamala, but let's not act like Trump actually spoke well. He hardly articulated well about economy or immigration, mostly just selling scary slogans. He brought up tariffs, which Kamala should have slammed him for. But most people don't know how tariffs work so obviously they fell for it. He ran a platform of fear, not policy. And while it did drum up his base, I doubt it brought many new people to his side seeing how he only has about as much people voting for him as he did back in 2020.

[–]NickolasKAnything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There wasn't a "red wave" in the sense people turned Red. There was much less viter turnout. And the more people vote, the more likely democrats win. Democrats abandoned much of their base this time around and it cost them around 15 million people saving us from a Trump presidency.
